and we will be happy to assist you in replacing your defective/damaged merchandise. Please do not mail your damaged or defective items back before contacting us, as we are happy to provide a prepaid return label for damaged/defective merchandise but cannot refund any personal postage paid. Normal wear and tear of merchandise is not considered to be product damage or a product defect.
