How do exchanges work?

  1. If you are exchanging for a different variant of the same product (different size, width, color, etc.) then the exchange is free of charge.
  2. If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced product, all you'd pay is the difference in price. We will send you a draft of the new order to approve and pay when the exchange is created.
  3. If you wish to exchange for a lower-priced product, we'll refund your original payment method for the difference.
