Do you keep my card information on file?

Here at TheInsoleStore.com, we take customer data very seriously. We do not save any card information to your account or within our systems.

Our website uses secure checkout to transmit your payment card information from a secure web page to a secure payment application.

We do not store complete payment card information on any of our systems. Payment card information is passed during the secure checkout process to our secure payment processing partner for payment validation and authorization. Once payment is processed, the only payment card information we maintain is the card type (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), the last 4 digits of the card used, and the card expiration date. We do not maintain the full payment card number or the payment card CVV/CSC. This practice helps us keep your information safe.

TheInsoleStore.com is a division of Online Insole Sales. Billing statements may reflect a charge to either TheInsoleStore.com or to Online Insole Sales.
